Helping foreign citizens in the office

The manager is obliged to explain to a foreign person at their request:

-         how to execute properly a particular document

-         how to execute properly the translation of this document

-         what further actions the translations undergo

-         where the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine are situated;

-         explain the way to the notary's office;

-         what documents are required for marriage

-         where to put the Apostille stamp

-         etc.

A translator in the office way:

- translate the words of the manager

- take a foreign person to the notary's office

- help in execution of notarial actions

- talk by phone with a person who doesn't know the foreigner's language

- read a document

- etc.
